Trial Period Info

MOPbot is currently in a 3-month trial period with the help of Memphis nonprofits. This phase allows us to assess the tool's effectiveness and gather user feedback to enhance its functionality. Users are invited to interact with MOPbot and provide insights on its accuracy and helpfulness.

During this trial, MOPbot will be openly accessible to community members, healthcare providers, and first responders. We especially value feedback on its ability to guide users to the appropriate resources and its overall integration into existing care frameworks.

If you are interested in participating in MOPbot's 3-month trial period as a volunteer, please fill out the volunteer form to the right.

Volunteer Responsibilities

Participants are asked to:

• Use MOPbot on a regular basis throughout the pilot period.
• Complete approximately ten (10) conversations per day when possible, with a maximum target of forty (40) conversations per day.
• Explore a variety of questions and scenarios related to the chatbot's intended purpose.
• Report any bugs, inaccurate information, technical problems, inappropriate responses, or other concerns.
