Important disclaimer

MOPbot is an experimental beta-testing platform and is still under active development.

  • The chatbot may occasionally provide incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unintended responses. Errors may occur despite ongoing efforts to improve the system.
  • By using the chatbot, you acknowledge that MOPbot is provided solely for testing, educational, informational, and evaluation purposes.
  • MOPbot is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, legal advice, professional services, or emergency assistance.
  • If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, witness an overdose, or require immediate assistance, call 911 immediately or contact appropriate emergency services.
  • Users should not rely solely on information provided by MOPbot when making medical, legal, or other important decisions.

Trial period participation

Voluntary participation and eligibility.

Participation in this trial period is entirely voluntary.

  • Trial volunteers may discontinue use of the chatbot and withdraw from the trial period at any time without penalty.
  • Trial volunteers must be at least eighteen (18) years old to sign up as a trial participant.

By signing up as a trial volunteer, participants confirm they are at least 18 and acknowledge that MOPbot is an experimental system under active development.

The MOPbot chatbot itself is a public education and resource tool available to anyone seeking help. The 18+ requirement applies only to formal trial volunteers, not to members of the public using the chatbot.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the creators of MOPbot, Ashish Kalaga and Raymond Cui, as well as affiliated partners, volunteers, advisors, and organizations, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance upon information provided by the chatbot.
